We promote project implementation from the four aspects of differentiated market research, design and development, supply chain, and industrialization. DQE is the tool for project quality control. We also control project risks and ensure the attainment of expected quality goals by applying FMEA and other tools.

We improve the control standards of product quality (such as CP, WI) in accordance with customer requirements and product specifications. We establish SOPs for each process of the product, identify key station capabilities, configure appropriate tools, and adopt standardized methods to ensure that the product production process is under control. We check product quality as per the “three-inspection system” (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and special inspection), and verify product quality as per the specific “three-inspection system” (first inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection) to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
